Returns Policy

  • Fill out the form on the Contact page on our website within the 14-day return period to request a return.
  • Provide your order number and a reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will get in touch and guide you through the return process and provide you with a return.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s). Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  1. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exhanges:

For a faster exchange, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item. This will ensure a swift resolution to your exchange request. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our customer support team.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
